  We went in last Saturday for my son's first ever pair of shoes. The young man who served us really knew his stuff and explained the different types of baby shoes available, before finding us the best fitting pair. He then explained that kid's first shoes are a big thing for Clarks and took a polaroid of my son in his new shoes and gave us all sorts of booklets and goodies to mark the occasion! Exceptional service - will definitely go back to this store again for my son's next shoes and I might even have a look for some for myself!
