  I went on the advanced Thai cookery course last week...It was fantastic! Surprised myself by producing some amazingly tasty food. Recipes that would have frightened me beforehand , now seem very doable. My husband has also attended all three levels of the Indian cookery courses at The cooking academy and is now on par with some of the best Indian food we have ever tasted! Our take away days are a thing of the past. Our teachers were excellent, very knowledgeable and patient. Couldn't recommend the academy enough... I will be back.

  As a seasoned cook with a good understanding of spices, I was pleasantly surprised to learn new techniques in my half-day Thai course. Kumud is an insightful and informed chef and her knowledge of spices is second to none. I had always struggled to get the right balance of flavours in my Thai cooking, but with Kumud's guidance, was easily able to achieve the perfect dishes. Highly recommended for both novices and experienced cooks.
